UC Berkeley offers a variety of full-service, convenient, and affordable on-campus housing and dining services for a broad range of conferences typically during the end of May through the first week of August.
Whether you’re looking to book a corporate or educational symposium, leadership or professional conference, academic youth groups, or another event, UC Berkeley has meeting spaces, lodging, and dining services to meet your needs all on a beautiful campus setting! UC Berkeley is located in Northern California and is about a 20-minute drive from San Francisco.
Guests are housed in traditional student residence halls, residential suite-style, and apartment-style accommodations. All accommodations are offered on a “package plan” basis which includes room, daily meals provided by one of our collegiate dining programs, linen and housekeeping services, 24-hour desk support, laundry facilities, and adjacent parking. Costs for laundry and parking are not included in the package plan. A wide range of options, such as catering, campus meeting and banquet facilities, and other special services are available to customize your event. Use of UC Berkeley premier fitness center and pool facilities are also available for an additional cost.
Summer Conference Housing is a part of Berkeley Housing department in the Division of Student Affairs at UC Berkeley. We welcome all individuals in need of short or long term housing over the summer to apply for UC Berkeley housing! This includes, but is not limited, to all individuals participating in summer sessions, internships, and professional development courses in the Bay Area. Our all-inclusive contracts provide a convenient, clean, and safe environment to all students and visitors who choose to live in our on-campus residence halls and apartments.
