Overnight Accommodations

Book Your Conference

Stay with us overnight. Our summer conference sleeping accommodations are comfortable and conveniently located near dining facilities and meeting spaces.

There are traditional residence halls, suites, and apartments available offering various features and price points.

Accommodations are ADA compliant. Please let your sales coordinator know if a guest will need a wheelchair-accessible room or other disability-related living accommodation.

What’s Provided

Beds are made before arrival with a pillow, pillowcase, sheets, blanket, and bedspread. Two towels, a washcloth, and a bar of soap are provided. Linens and towels are changed weekly. Bedrooms are not cleaned during your stay; however, common areas such as lounges and bathrooms are cleaned daily. Laundry facilities are available in each complex for personal use, and there is a kitchenette and vending area in the lobby of each hall. Different levels of housekeeping services may be provided for some student or sports groups, please inquire with your sales coordinator.

Check-In & Check Out

The standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If your event needs a special check-in time, please let your sales coordinator know in advance. For larger groups, conference organizers may request to conduct their own registration services along with check-in (depending on space availability).

At check-in, guests will receive room keys, key fob, meal cards, and information about the facilities. For late-night check-ins or assistance after hours, the front desk telephone number is posted outside of each unit’s administrative building.

Standard check-out is at 11 a.m., which allows for time to prepare for new conference group arrivals.  Conference participants are asked to turn off lights, lock their room doors, and return room keys/fobs to the unit front office to check-out.

We reserve the right to change earlier check-in and check-out times to accommodate back-to-back conferences.
